4/30/13 at 3:33 PM a building owner emails me: I closed on a building today and I need insurance ASAP.
3:33 PM the building owner gets a response that we have it as top priority & we’ll do everything we can to get him the best deal, ASAP.
Meanwhile the Evergreen team determines that the building is not in a desirable area, structure is frame, fewer than 4 units. Most carriers simply don’t write this class of business. But Evergreen doesn’t rest until it figures out a way to get it done right and prompt.
5:08 PM an approved proposal is emailed to the building owner. Within 90 minutes of initial request.
5:13 the building owner signs the signature sheets and sends it back to Evergreen. Deal closed. The property is insured.The building owner is relieved and satisfied.
When we need to write down how much we lower cost of premium for our clients in dollar amounts, is not to difficult. But to write down in words how this client felt when he got his property insured within 90 minutes, to describe the level of service this client received is not easy. You gotta be an Evergreen client to fully understand it. Its peace of mind you can’t buy off a shelf, for no money. It’s the gift of trust that Evergreen gives to each client. It’s the promise that we care for our clients best interest as much as they do.
It’s fair to say it pays to buy real estate just to be able to experience this great feeling…
